Consignment account for setting up a company

This account is used to consign the funds you need to create your company or raise capital. It is a transitional account: once the commercial register has been updated, the funds will be released and transferred to your company’s current account.

Interest rate

No interest is earned

Commission

  • 0.5‰ of the consigned amount
  • Minimum of CHF 250
  • Maximum of CHF 2,500

Authorized transactions

  • Transfer of the consignment funds
  • Release of the consignment funds
  • Payment of notary fees
  • Debiting of the commission
