Consignment account for setting up a company

This account is used to consign the funds you need to create your company or raise capital. It is a transitional account: once the commercial register has been updated, the funds will be released and transferred to your company’s current account.

How it works

  1. The account is opened
  2. The funds are transfered in the account
  3. The funds are blocked
  4. The company is created or the capital increased with the help of a notary
  5. The change is recorded on the commercial register
  6. The extract from the commercial register is submitted to BCV
  7. The funds are released and transferred to a current account
  8. The consignment account is closed
