Our Customer Service Center is available Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 7:30pm. Calls are recorded for security and customer-service purposes. When you call, an advisor will ask you to verify your identity before they can provide personalized.
Our Customer Service Center will contact you within two business days of receiving your request to set the date, time, place, and purpose of your meeting. Depending on your needs, you may be able to speak with an advisor over the phone.

Call 0844 228 228 from within Switzerland (CHF 0.08/min) or +41 21 212 10 00 from abroad (your service provider’s rates apply). An advisor at our Customer Service Center will call you back within one business day at the phone number you provide with your request. After confirming your identity, the advisor will respond to any questions or requests you may have.
