Payment with QR code not working

What to do

If you can’t make payments by scanning TWINT QR codes, try the following:


  • Open Chrome on your phone and go to “Settings” > “Privacy and security”
  • “Clear browsing data,” and then erase all cached images and files. 
  • Then, still in Chrome, go to “Settings” > “Site settings” > “Third-party cookies,” and ensure that cookies are allowed.
  • Now close all open tabs in Chrome


  • Go to iPhone settings > Safari > Clear Historty and Website Data
  • Go to iPhone settings > Safari > Advanced --> Check that : "Block all Cookies" is deactivated
  • Now close all open tabs in Safari
