Paying twice by mistake

Contact the retailer

Did you accidentally end up paying twice when you bought your train tickets, purchased something online, or got drinks at an alpine hut? It’s up to the retailer to return the second payment, so you need to contact them directly. 

 

BCV is there to help

If you can’t get your money back, call BCV to get a complaint form. Once you’ve filled out and returned the form, we will open a complaint with TWINT SA, which will conduct arbitration between you and the retailer.
