Where will my money be invested?

Your monthly savings will be put into one of BCV's asset allocation funds. The money in these funds is invested across the main asset classes – stocks, bonds, short-term holdings, and the money market. Asset allocation funds are ideal for diversifying risk, because you’re not putting all your eggs in one basket.

All the asset allocation funds made available through BCV Start Invest are managed using a sustainable approach, with investment decisions based on conventional Financial criteria as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns. This approach enhances the resilience of our portfolios and promotes sustainable development more broadly by encouraging companies to implement ESG best practices.

BCV has been creating and managing investment funds for 40 years. Our aim is to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns.

What type of fund is right for me?

That depends on your investor and investment profiles. We will analyze your investment objectives and financial situation and assess your risk appetite and investment horizon – we recommend at least five years.

Once we know your profile, we will select the asset allocation fund that best meets your needs.

Every investor is different. Your risk tolerance and time horizon will vary depending on your financial situation and any major projects or plans you may have.

That’s why we developed an investment questionnaire to help you determine which investment strategy and fund is best for you. And you can invest in that fund directly online.

Once you’ve filled out the questionnaire, a BCV advisor will contact you within 48 hours to finalize your investment.
