At BCV, you’ll be able to do in-house training courses that combine theory and practice (and that lead to a certificate), empowering you to keep expanding your skills throughout your career. Our employees do an average of four training days per year. We have our own training center, which offers courses to employees of BCV and other cantonal banks in French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland.
