We founded the “Rejoignez-nous” training program almost 20 years ago to enable women to return to the workforce after taking time out. No banking experience is required to take part in the program. Over the course of a year, participants gain skills they can use to grow their careers at BCV. Designed to meet current needs and with a strong track record of success, the program gives participants an opportunity to embark on a new career in retail banking (as a customer advisor), in the back office (as a business analyst), and now in cybersecurity (as a fraud analyst). They receive hands-on training, support, peer coaching, and specialized subject-matter education, opening the door to entirely new professional prospects.
