Developing your skills
Our training center offers more than 400 online and in-person courses that will enable you to acquire and develop the technical and personal skills you need to reach your full potential. We provide training to BCV employees as well as employees of other cantonal banks in the French- and Italian-speaking parts of Switzerland.
We also collaborate with Ecole 42 Lausanne, offer exploratory internships for young students in Vaud, and partner with the University of Lausanne, the Foundation for Technological Innovation, and other major players in the region.
