The Annual Report contains the financial statements of BCV Group and the Group’s parent company at 31 December 2025. It also provides a review of the economic environment and discusses BCV’s activities as a whole and by business sector. Other useful information for investors is provided in the risk management and corporate governance chapters.
The Sustainability Report offers a broad, transparent view of BCV Group’s efforts and achievements in economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable development, as well as in ethics and corporate governance. It was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standards; Articles 964a, 964b, and 964c of the Swiss Code of Obligations; and Switzerland’s ordinance on climate disclosures, which stipulates that disclosures be made in line with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
