BCV and Vontobel are entering into a strategic partnership for the white-labeling of structured products. Starting on 11 May 2021, structured products issued by BCV will be available on deritrade, Vontobel’s multi-issuer platform. deritrade provides greater issuer diversification, with clients now benefiting from a broader and more competitive offering for the structured products they issue.
This strategic collaboration covers the entire structured products value chain. BCV will act as issuer, while Vontobel will be responsible for structuring, pricing, documentation, and lifecycle management.
