The next step in your training

We want you to get extensive hands-on experience in banking and learn about all the services we provide. You’ll be part of one of our customer-facing teams, working directly with individual customers, corporate clients, or outside finance professionals. You’ll learn how to manage customer relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver a personalized service.

You’ll do three rotations in different sectors:

Three 6-month rotations, in the Private Banking, Corporate Banking, and Asset Management divisions

Every month, you’ll have the opportunity to attend talks given by our department heads. You’ll also be able to earn post-secondary qualifications from outside institutions. The theory that you learn there will complement the hands-on experience you’ll gain at BCV.
