Testing on the system was completed overnight and
the problems appear to have been fixed. However, a limit has been
placed on the number of simultaneous users to avoid overloading the
system and allow us to properly monitor its functioning. As a result,
you may not be able to log in on the first attempt. If this happens,
please try again.

We have resolved the problem with the ATMs, and all
200 BCV cash machines are now working properly. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may have caused.

A technical problem unrelated to that affecting
BCV-net has affected our ATMs, and it is currently not possible to
withdraw cash from BCV cash machines. We would like to apologize to our
customers for the inconvenience caused by this situation, which we are
actively working to rectify as quickly as possible.

The work on our computer system continued through
the night. We believe that we have found a solution, but intensive
testing is needed to ensure its reliability and prevent another crash.
These tests will take all day. BCV-net will therefore not be available
before tomorrow. We would once again like to apologize to BCV-net users.
If you need to make an urgent transaction, we encourage you to visit a
BCV branch or call 0844 228 228 (+41 21 212 10 00 from outside
Switzerland).

Our IT specialists are working around the clock with
their colleagues from IBM to resolve the technical problem with bcv.net
as quickly as possible, but we still do not know when the site will be
back up. The rest of BCV's IT system has not been affected. All payment
orders and other transactions submitted to our branches Wednesday were
executed, and we will maintain the temporary measures we have put in
place to ensure that our customers can make their transactions.

The temporary measures we have taken have proven to
be successful, and our clients have been able to execute their
transactions via their regional branches and the call center. We are
continuing to optimize these temporary measures.

started on 31 January have been properly executed.

Our
staff are working around the clock to limit the impact on our
customers. This morning, our call center and business banking hotline
received over 2,500 calls. You may therefore have to wait before your
call can be taken. We recommend staying on hold – we will answer your
call as soon as we can.

BCV's
e-banking platform has been experiencing technical problems for the last
two days. Although the site is still down, our specialists have been
working round the clock since 31 January to correct the problem, in
collaboration with our IT service provider IBM and a team that arrived
last night from the USA.
