You can:

• open a BCV bank account from the app
• view the main stock market indices and exchange rates
• find BCV branches and ATMs
• check out BCV EXTRA deals
• get the phone numbers for BCV’s Customer Service Center and for reporting a lost or stolen card
• determine the right fund for you with BCV’s investment proposal questionnaire

Exclusively for BCV customers

After logging in, you can:

• view your accounts and recent transactions
• see your investments and how they are performing
• manage all of your payments – including standing orders and payments abroad – and approve pending payments
• quickly pay orange payment slips by scanning them
• track your credit and debit card transactions and change your card limits
• use the secure messaging system to contact BCV's Customer Service Center or your advisor, or set up a meeting at a branch or by videoconference
• view and manage your eBills
• set up notifications triggered by account activity or other events
• view your mortgage loans and approve renewal requests that you discussed previously with your advisor

Stay alert

BCV will never ask you for your BCV-net password or PIN, or your credit card number, PIN, or card security code.

We will never try to contact you on your personal email account.

For added protection, the only payments possible via BCV Mobile are those made to beneficiaries to whom you have made a payment (through BCV-net) within the past few months.

Secure login

If you’ve opted to receive an authentication code, every time you log in with your user ID and password, BCV Mobile will send you a text message containing the code you must enter to complete the log-in process. If necessary, you can block access to your account quickly by entering an incorrect password three times in a row.

If you log in with BCV smartID, simply enter your user ID and password to log in to our secure platform.

If you see any unusual message while logging in or during your session, disconnect from BCV Mobile immediately and call our hotline at 0844 228 228 or 021 212 10 00 (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–7:30pm).
