If your BCV-net access has been blocked
After three incorrect password or access code attempts the system automatically blocks the account. Should this occur, please contact our helpline on 0844 228 228 or +41 (0)21 212 10 00, Mon-Fri 7:30am to 7:30pm.
What's my IBAN?
Your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a 21-position number that can be found on your Maestro card, as well on your account statements. You can also find it in BCV-net, when you click on the account you wish to know the IBAN for (at the bottom of the screen) or you can use our IBAN converter.
