Two out of every three Vaudois bank with us

With some 60 branches and over 210 ATMs across Vaud, we are never far away when our clients need us. As part of our Retail team, you will provide our clients with impeccable service and all the products of a full-service bank.

Professionalism is all about how you interact with your clients, the advice you give them and your availability. It’s about going that extra mile. I think our professionalism is one of the things that sets BCV apart from the rest.
Jonathan Gombert, branch manager

Building close ties with clients

When you work on our Retail team, your job will be to serve the people of Vaud, providing them with personalized advice on all financial matters.

If you have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in sales, we offer a range of opportunities even if you are not trained in finance.

Day-to-day advice

Our tellers and call center employees assist clients in their day-to-day banking. These roles involve answering clients' questions regarding current accounts, cards, payments and savings. In this role, your job will be to assess the client’s needs based on their situation and then put them in contact with the relevant specialized advisor.

Specific guidance

As an advisor or branch manager, you will have your own portfolio of clients. Your role will be to fulfill each client’s needs in terms of property financing, investments and pensions.

A range of opportunities

Professional development

As a BCV employee, you will be encouraged to keep learning throughout your career. You will have access to our internal training programs, which include both theoretical and practical components. Each employee receives an average of five days of training per year, most of which take place in our dedicated training center.

Career development

We offer numerous opportunities to climb the career ladder. It’s quite possible to start off as a teller and then be entrusted with a portfolio of clients – and maybe even one day become branch manager.
