How do I check my account balance and available funds?

BCV-net and BCV Mobile are updated in real time, which means that the figures you see there are the same as the ones in our system.

In BCV-net

  1. Log in to BCV-net.
  2. Click on "Accounts."
  3. You will see a list of your accounts along with their balances and available funds.

In BCV Mobile

  1. Log in to BCV Mobile.
  2. On the home screen, you will see your favorite account.
  3. Select "Accounts" at the bottom of the screen to see a list of all your accounts with their balances and available funds.

At a BCV ATM

After putting your bank card into the ATM and entering your PIN, select “Other functions, withdrawal with receipt” then “Last movements and balance” and finally “Current balance.”

How can I view or cancel my scheduled or pending payments?

Viewing a payment

  1. Log in to BCV-net.
  2. Click on the “Payments” tab.
  3. On the left, click on “Pending, executed, canceled.” Your payments will be available on this page for 90 days. After that, you will need to view your bank statements to find the payments that have been made. To view your statements, click on the "e-Statements" tab on the home page.

Canceling a scheduled payment

  1. Log in to BCV-net.
  2. Click on the “Payments” tab.
  3. On the list to the lift, click on “Scheduled.”
  4. Select the payment you wish to cancel by clicking on the small square to the left and then click “Delete."

If the payment is already being processed, contact our Customer Service Center at 0844 228 228 to cancel the payment.

How do I block my card?

There are several ways of doing this, depending on which type of card you want to block:

Blocking your Maestro® card

In BCV-net
  1. Log in to BCV-net.
  2. Click on “Accounts.”
  3. In the menu on the left, click on “Cards list.”
  4. Choose the card you wish to block by clicking on the circle to the left of the card and then click on “Block."
In BCV Mobile
  1. Log in to BCV Mobile.
  2. Tap on the “More” icon and then “Cards.”
  3. Select the card you wish to block and then tap “Block.”
  4. Confirm your selection with the “Block” button."

You can also block your Maestro card by contacting BCV’s Customer Service Center at 0844 228 228. If you call after 7:30pm or on a weekend, select 1 and your call will be forwarded to our emergency number for canceling Maestro cards.

Blocking your credit card

Please contact Viseca’s card-blocking service at +41 (0)58 958 83 83. This service is available 24/7.

How can I unblock my Maestro® card?

You can only unblock your card if you have not yet requested a new card.

To unblock your card, call our Customer Service Center at 0844 228 228.

How do I order a new Maestro® card?

  1. Log in to BCV-net.
  2. Click on “Messages” in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. In the list on the left, click on “Send us a message” and then request a new card.

You can also contact our Customer Service Center at 0844 228 228 to request a new card.

How can I change my card limits?

Maestro® cards

  1. Log in to BCV-net.
  2. Click on the “Accounts” tab.
  3. In the menu on the left, click on “Cards list.”
  4. Choose the card with the limits you want to change by clicking on the circle to the left and then click “Change limit(s).”

You can also change your Maestro® card limits by contacting our Customer Service Center at 0844 228 228.

Credit cards

Call our Customer Service Center at 0844 228 228 to change your credit card limit.
