Professionalism is all about how you interact with your clients, the advice you give them and your availability. It’s about going that extra mile. I think our professionalism is one of the things that sets BCV apart from the rest.
Jonathan Gombert, branch manager
I’m really proud of what BCV does for the local community. I’m particularly proud of BCV Solidarity, as I myself am involved in similar work for underprivileged children.
Silvana Cantaluppi, provisions and reporting manager
BCV is really committed to training. In 2008 I joined the “Rejoignez-nous”program, an initiative to help women return to work after a career break. Thanks to the program, I was able to start managing a portfolio of clients at the Cheseaux branch in March 2009, and in 2013 I took over as manager of BCV’s Romanel branch.
Natacha Piancastelli, branch manager
