Building close ties with clients
When you work on our Retail team, your job will be to serve the people of Vaud, providing them with personalized advice on all financial matters.
If you have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in sales, we offer a range of opportunities even if you are not trained in finance.
Our tellers and call center employees assist clients in their day-to-day banking. These roles involve answering clients' questions regarding current accounts, cards, payments and savings. In this role, your job will be to assess the client’s needs based on their situation and then put them in contact with the relevant specialized advisor.

As a BCV employee, you will be encouraged to keep learning throughout your career. You will have access to our internal training programs, which include both theoretical and practical components. Each employee receives an average of five days of training per year, most of which take place in our dedicated training center.
