In 2021, a pay analysis conducted by Comp-On SA, a human resources consulting firm specialized in employee compensation, found that BCV meets Swiss federal requirements on equal pay between men and women.
We were also awarded the “Fair ON Pay” certification, which recognizes the Bank’s equal pay practices over the long term. This certification is valid for four years and includes a follow-up audit in the third year.
I had the chance to specialize in asset management while learning about the Bank’s other businesses.

For the 2021–2022 season, BCV was recognized by Swiss Olympic as a company that helps its trainees combine work with elite sport. This award was given for our support of Jayson Ren, a member of the Lausanne Hockey Club’s U-20 Elites squad and a third-year apprentice at our Bussigny branch.
We also support Arnaud Guex, who began his two-year internship with us on 1 September 2020. Arnaud is a Ski-Romand elite athlete and pursues an intensive career in cross-country skiing with the Alpes Vaudoises Goupils Ski Club.
