- BCV has teamed up with the main payment and accounting software developers to ensure their programs are compatible with BCV-net.
- This integrated approach can help you automate your company’s billing processes, letting you transfer payment information to BCV-net in seconds.
- You can also view your company’s BCV account balances from your software program.
Software compatible with BCV-net
All Crealogix software that includes the CLX.FTX module can link directly to BCV-net through a highly secure link.
BCV-net also works with bexio, a popular program that streamlines numerous administrative tasks.
But before choosing a software program, be sure to find out from the software developer whether it is compatible with BCV-net (most of them are). Or see below for a list of compatible programs from our main software partners.
If your software does not link automatically to BCV-net, you can always transfer your payment files yourself.
Which software should my company use?
There are many different software programs to choose from. They’re designed to meet the needs of all types of companies, regardless of size.
Some software developers offer integrated ERP systems that do it all: accounting, billing, payroll, CRM, cash management – and more. Others offer individual modules that can be combined as desired.
Depending on your business or industry, you can also find highly specialized enterprise solutions.
The table below compares the key features of the software programs offered by our main partners:
If you only need to transfer payment information – such as for monthly salary payments – you may not even need additional software: BCV-net may be enough by itself. Still, you may want to try out the payment software provided by Crealogix SA and Macrogram SA.
BCV customers can download and use these programs free of charge.
Companies that bank with BCV qualify for a discount on bexio’s products: if you purchase a product by 31 August 2019, you’ll get a 10% discount on the selected product for the first year.
Don’t forget software upgrades
The Swiss interbank payment system is being brought into line with international regulations and the new ISO 20022.
In order to continue sending and receiving payments, your company must install the updates provided by your software supplier. So when selecting a software program, check whether maintenance is included in the license or subscription fee. If it’s not, you will have to budget for future updates.
