Yes, BCV Mobile is currently a free service. However, BCV reserves the right to charge for certain information available on BCV Mobile. The nature of this information and the amount of the charges would in that case be conveyed to the user through BCV-net.
With BCV Mobile, you can:

No. For the moment, only certain key features are available on BCV Mobile.
You can access your bank accounts and securities accounts. However, loans and advances cannot be viewed.
You can transfer money between your BCV accounts on business days, anytime between midnight on Sunday until midnight on Friday.
In the transaction lists for the accounts in question, the top transaction will show your account-to-account transfer.
On BCV Mobile for iPhone and Android smartphones, you can select a “favorite” account to access more easily. To do this, log into BCV-net on the app and click on the star in the upper right-hand corner. You can then select your favorite account.
The app is available in English, French and German. You can select your preferred language under "Settings."
First close BCV Mobile and make sure it is not still running in the background, then try restarting the app.
Also, check that your BCV-net access codes are still valid. You can do this by logging on from another computer.
If you still can’t open the BCV Mobile, uninstall it, then restart your phone and try reinstalling it.
BCV Mobile uses state-of-art technology and encryption to ensure optimal security and confidentiality.
To log in, you need to be a BCV-net user. The user ID and password are the same as for BCV-net. You will also need to enter an authentication code (received via text message or found on your grid card).

The activation code can only be validated by connecting to BCV-net via a standard computer. Please activate your new authentication method before using BCV Mobile.
No, you can only change your password by logging on to BCV-net on a standard computer.
No, for security reasons, no bank details are stored on your mobile phone or tablet computer. However, you can choose to save your user ID on the app so that you don’t have to enter it each time you log in.
Yes, you can connect to BCV Mobile when you’re outside Switzerland. However, there may be additional charges for using the internet outside Switzerland, so check with your mobile phone company.
Before selling your mobile phone or tablet computer, we recommend that you reset your device to delete all your apps and settings.
