Clearing your browser’s cache
For additional security, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache after ending your BCV-net online banking session.
Here’s how to clear the cache in supported browsers:
Internet Explorer 8.x
In the upper menu bar:
- Click on “Safety”
- Click on “Delete Browsing History”
- Select “Temporary Internet Files”
- Confirm by clicking on “Delete”
Internet Explorer 7.x
In the upper menu bar:
- Click on “Tools”
- Select “Delete Browsing History”
- Click on “Delete files” under “Temporary Internet Files”
- Confirm by clicking on “Yes”
Firefox 3.x
In the upper menu bar:
- Click on “Tools”
- Select “Clear Private Data”
- Check the box “Cache”
- Confirm by clicking on “Clear Private Data Now”
Google Chrome 5.x and 6.x
In the upper menu bar:
- Click on the “Tools” icon
- Select “Clear Browsing Data”
- Check the box “Empty the Cache”
- Confirm by clicking on “Clear Browsing Data”
Safari 4.x and 5.x (Mac OS X)
In the upper menu bar:
- Click on “Safari”
- Select “Empty Cache”
- Confirm by clicking on "Empty"
