More than 10,000 BCV-net users receive mini-statements by text message free of charge

Today, over 10,000 BCV-net users have signed up to receive text-message alerts. BCV-net offers you several different kinds of free alerts.

Alerts and statements by text message

As a BCV-net user, you can enjoy free access to the following text message services:

• consult your account balance in real time
• receive periodic statements with details of the last five transactions (by subscription)
• receive a text message alert whenever your account balance reaches a pre-set level.

To sign up, just click on the "Text messages" tab at the top of the BCV-net page and follow the prompts.

Text message alerts on failed payments

If you have signed up to receive text-message alerts, you can also receive a text message if one or more of your payments are not executed correctly:

• due to insufficient funds in your account
• payment cancelled after several days spent trying to execute it
• payment returned by the beneficiary's financial institution.

This service is free and puts you in the picture rapidly so that you can make the necessary arrangements.
