Find out how much interest you earned on your bank accounts in 2008 for your tax return

If you wish to consult your electronic statement(s) to find out how much net interest you earned on your account(s) in 2008 for your tax return, follow these steps:

• Click on the “e-Statements” tab at the top of the page. This will bring up a list of the e-statements you’ve received.
• Find the Regular Statement and/or Closing Statement for each account. You should have received these documents some time between 1 and 5 January.
• If the document you are looking for is not in the list, look for it in “Downloaded e-Statements” in the menu on the left.
• The last page of the statement will show the information relating to the net interest earned in 2008 on the account in question.
