I’ve changed my email address. How can I change it on BCV-net to make sure I continue to receive alerts when new e-bills arrive ?
- Click on “Personalization” at the top of the page.
- Click on "e-bills."
- Change your email address.
- Click on "Confirm” at the bottom of the page.

- Click on "Contact."
- Change your email address.
- Click on "Confirm” at the bottom of the page.

How do I add or remove accounts that I can access through BCV-net ?
- Click on the “Services” tab at the top of the page.
- Select "Update the list of accounts you can access through BCV-net."
- Enter the number(s) for the account(s) you wish to add/remove and click on "Send."
