BCV was founded over 160 years ago to serve the people of Vaud, and we have kept our strong community focus to this day. BCV was founded in 1845, and has gradually expanded and diversified its business activities ever since. We are now Switzerland's second-largest cantonal bank, and one of the country's top five full-service banks.
We are close to our customers thanks to our network of branches and ATMs, which is the largest in Vaud Canton. In each of Vaud's regions, we provide individuals and businesses with personalized advice.
In line with our mission as a community bank, BCV plays an active role in Vaud Canton's day-to-day life, supporting various sporting, cultural and social events. By meeting our customers outside of a banking context, we can get to know them better and thereby improve our service.
