Online banking with BCV-net once again operational

BCV's online banking service BCV-net is once again up and running. We have resolved the technical problems that disabled the service, which went back online today at 7:30am. However, a limit has been placed on the number of users who can be logged on at any given time; this will avoid overloading the system and allow us to properly monitor its functioning.

BCV customers may contact us with their questions via our internet site (www.bcv.ch) or on 0844 228 228 (from outside Switzerland: +41 21 212 10 00). All measures taken to help those customers affected by these problems will remain in place until the situation fully returns to normal.

The problems were related to the fact that BCV-net was recently reconfigured using a new technology. Resolving the problems required an in-depth analysis of the new system.

We deeply regret the inconvenience that these problems created for our customers, and we thank them for their patience.
