New CEO at BCV subsidiary Piguet Galland & Cie SA

Lausanne, Switzerland, 4 November 2011 — BCV Group subsidiary Piguet Galland & Cie SA announced today that its CEO, Christopher E. Preston, had resigned following unauthorized transactions by a Piguet Galland & Cie SA employee. Mr. Preston will be replaced as CEO on an ad interim basis by Olivier Calloud. BCV Group would like to thank Mr. Preston for his work within the Group since 2003.

The amounts involved in the unauthorized transactions at Piguet Galland & Cie SA will have no material impact on BCV Group’s financial results for the period.
