BCV Board of Directors Chairmanship

BCV learned this morning, 17 April 2002, that the Vaud Cantonal Government (Conseil d'Etat) has decided "to put an end to the term of office" of Mr Gilbert Duchoud, current BCV Chairman of the Board of Directors, as of 18 April 2002. The Board will meet tonight. The Bank can provide no further information at this point in time.
